Cheesy Taco Sticks (Quick Recipe)

**Ingredients (makes 8 sticks):**

* 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
* 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
* 1 tbsp taco seasoning
* 1/2 cup salsa
* 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
* 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)

**Steps:**

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.
4. Roll out pizza dough. Cut into 8 rectangles.
5. On each rectangle, add a spoonful of taco meat and some cheese.
6. Fold dough over filling, pinch edges tight to seal.
7. Place on baking sheet, seam side down. Brush tops with beaten egg.
8. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
9. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
